This survey will help us point you to your greatest opportunities for growth as the leader of your practice. Wearing too many hats (e.g., CEO, CFO, CIO, lead salesperson, customer service etc.) can be overwhelming and spending too much time on the wrong things can significantly stifle growth. This diagnostic will help you assess where to focus your time and energy to set your business up for increased margins and sustainable growth, and eventually turn your practice into a Mega Team.
Instructions for the diagnostic
There are seven categories included in the diagnostic.
Each consists of 12-16 statements that you will rate as being:
- Accurate
- Mostly accurate
- Mostly inaccurate
- Inaccurate
Once you have rated all the statements in each area, your results will be calculated automatically. We’ll contact you with the results.
