Instructions for the diagnostic

There are seven categories included in the Diagnostic:

  1. Purposeful
  2. Relational
  3. Structural
  4. Client Service
  5. Wealth Management
  6. Marketing
  7. Client Acquisition

Each consists of 12-16 statements that you will rate as being:

  • Accurate
  • Mostly accurate
  • Mostly inaccurate
  • Inaccurate

— For now, let’s label the different versions —

TEAM VERSION: take this version of the diagnostic if your aim is to improve team performance. Note that all of your team members must also complete the diagnostic within 72 hours.

SOLO VERSION: take this version of the diagnostic if you are a solo practitioner and if will be the only person taking this diagnostic.
